This is not a kmail bug: the key X-DocPath is not honored right now. Maybe src/khelpclient.cpp from kconfigwidgets should be copied here (on src/util/urlhandler.cpp), pity that we can't use KService. Ubuntu 17.10 kmail2 5.5.3 KDE Frameworks 5.39.0 Qt 5.9.1 Using F1 or Help->KMail Handbook opens the documentation properly Thank you for reporting this issue in KDE software. As it has been a while since this issue was reported, can we please ask you to see if you can reproduce the issue with a recent software version? If you can reproduce the issue, please change the status to "REPORTED" when replying. Thank you!
