Description Hans-Peter Guggenbichler 2016-07-18 08:15:12 UTC
If I select Tools->FInd Messages and use any of the options (Search in all Folders, only in, specific), (match in body, subject, ... ) the search result is always empty. I stopped akonadi and removed the ~/.local/share/baloo directory. After reboot the the directory was there again and all its subdirectories, including email.
This is its contents now:
-rw-r--r-- 1 hp family 0 Jul 18 09:57 flintlock
-rw-r--r-- 1 hp family 28 Jul 18 09:57 iamchert
-rw-r--r-- 1 hp family 0 Jul 18 09:57 postlist.DB
-rw-r--r-- 1 hp family 13 Jul 18 09:57 postlist.baseA
-rw-r--r-- 1 hp family 0 Jul 18 09:57 record.DB
-rw-r--r-- 1 hp family 13 Jul 18 09:57 record.baseA
-rw-r--r-- 1 hp family 0 Jul 18 09:57 termlist.DB
-rw-r--r-- 1 hp family 13 Jul 18 09:57 termlist.baseA

All these files are empty. So it seems ballo isn't indexing my email. I have a local acount and a pop3 account. How can I tell baloo to index my email folders?

BTW: Quick search on subjects is working.

Reproducible: Always
