To have one central application for all system configuration settings/management following entries should be added to systemsettings:
- KDE partition manager
- KDE system log
- Krfb
- NVIDIA settings tool / AMD settings tool

In the future, please use one ticket per request.

Reassigning to partitionmanager developers for inspection; they might close as WONTFIX, because of usability issues (root passwords; window size etc.)

Regarding krfb: Please report this to krfb developers separately. I have no idea what krfb settings you expect to be configured in system settings (and why you cannot configure them in krfb application).

Regarding KDE system log: No, system settings is a configuration tool, no log viewer.

Regarding third-party settings: Please report this to the bug tracker of NVIDIA or AMD.

The main reason why late Volker Lanz decided to remove KDE Partition Manager KCM module (i.e. systemsettings module) is that you can't easily make it have all same features as standalone application. And this confuses people a lot since they think that KCM module is the whole application.

Root privileges is another problem. Hopefully KPM will not require root in the future but it is still quite some time in the future.

In addition, writing KCM module would require to spend a lot of manpower (which we don't have that much and it is better spend on other things) on another UI which will only be useful to Plasma users. KDE Partition Manager is obviously a KDE project but it might be useful to other users too, it even has some features that Gparted lacks (vice versa too, gparted does some things we don't).
