I played around again with the security settings in kmail. After setting MDN policy to "ask", I was asked if I wanted to sent a receipt (expected behaviour). Then I set back the policy to "ignore". Surprise, surprise, now no receipt is sent anymore. This may have been just a setting that was not correctly displayed in the GUI dialog. Not sure. If it's specific ""ms office365 imap" I need an example email about it. I need to investigate it. could you provide me a mail from it please ? (save it as mbox) Created attachment 100144 [details]

OK. Here is an example email sent to a office365 account. When retrieved and read in Kmail via IMAP, then Kmail used to automatically sent out a read receipt.

So there is not problem now that you changed settings ? (In reply to Laurent Montel from comment #4) > So there is not problem now that you changed settings ? Correct. :-) So I can close it. 4.13.3 is very old. Here is ok. |
