When trying to draw, the lines wont appear until you click off the canvas and you cant see what you're drawing during the process.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a default canvas
2. Select any brush
3. Use said brush
4. Click off canvas

Actual Results:
The brush stroke will appear but not until after you click off.

Expected Results:
Being able to see what I'm drawing while I'm doing it.

I cannot reproduce this issue on linux.

Some more information will be helpful.
for example, which tablet are you using , which windows version , which krita version, is the opengl active or disabled in the settings. etc.

Please check whether this also happens if you turn opengl off. If so, please tell us which graphics card and which driver version you have.
