Wayland session! No idea whether it applies for X11 session!

The tooltip sometimes contains information from the window it was last shown for. E.g. kmail having the media control from Cantata.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run a Plasma/Wayland session
2. Start some Wayland and X11 windows (e.g. Cantata/Wayland, Firefox/X11)
3. Trigger tooltip for Cantata (see it has media controls)
4. Trigger tooltip for Firefox

Actual Results:  
Media controls from Cantata shown on tooltip for Firefox

Expected Results:  
No media controls shown on Firefox

This seems to only happen for X11 windows. What might be related is that those windows don't have an icon.

I tried this with various combinations of apps, couldn't reproduce. Maybe this has been fixed in the ~4-5 years since this was reported, but if not, please mark this bug as REPORTED.
