the search field in "digital clock settings -> holiday tab" is not working. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto digital clock settings
2. goto holiday tab
3. type something in the search field

Actual Results:  
nothing happens

Expected Results:  
the holiday calendar list should be filtered

I fixed this recently.

with plasma 5.7.3 it seems to do search, but the search is case sensitive, which is suboptimal. (e.g. "Germany", but not "germany" will find the "de_de" entry). Furthermore it does not search for region codes, but only for names.

[Plasma Calendar Integration] Filter holiday regions case-insensitively

PlasmaCore.SortFilterModel for some reason doesn't have a case-sensitivity option
and filterString always filters case-sensitively whereas filterRegExp explicitly
sets it to case-insensitive, so we'll use that for now.
