Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and open https://go.skype.com/skypeforlinux-64-alpha.deb
2. Preview data.tar.xz

Actual Results:  
Progress bar in the middle of the View

Expected Results:  
Progress bar should show up in the status bar of the Ark's main window.

I can reproduce also on 15.12, so it doesn't seem related to the statusbar changes we made in 16.04...

This will be fixed in 17.08, the underlying issue was that we were not calling createGUI() on the ArkPart.
