I am not sure this is the appropriate package to report this, but feel free to reassign.

I don't know how to describe the window that has the wrong tab order but I'm attaching a screenshot of it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press tab many times

Actual Results:  
Focus goes forth and back

Expected Results:  
Focus cycles
