ksnapshot used to remember the rectangle selection that was drawn when taking snapshots of a screen region. This was really useful when taking multiple screenshots in a row of the same region. It would be great if Spectacle remembered the last drawn rectangular region, too.

Never mind. I just found an option for that. Not sure though, why this is not the default behavior.

Indeed, this should be the default as the user is used to this behaviour from KDE4.
I for myself had to find this bug and Janeks comment to even find the setting screen.
