Many professional feature and Hollywood filmmakers use DCI 4k for their films, rather than UHD 4k. DCI 4k resolution is 4,096 by 2,160. Can we get this added to the video profile list? Calling it DCI 4k will make most professional users aware of its resolution.

Requested while using Kdenlive git-master via ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-master.
Linux Mint 18 x64 (Ubuntu-based), Cinnamon 3.0.2.
KDE Framkeworks 5.18.0.
