Crashes in QtQuick. As a workaround use the breeze window decoration. I changed to breeze window decoration and restarted X session. But when i opened chrome the problem persist. (In reply to Daniel Cassela from comment #2) > I changed to breeze window decoration and restarted X session. But when i > opened chrome the problem persist. That must be a completely different issue then. Can you paste the backtrace of KWin when opening Chrome? ftr, change the settings in "kcmshell5 kwindecoration" - settings in "kcmshell5 style" are irrelevant here. Backtrace what happened now. I'm not using chrome at this time. I was editing Kde menu apps. Application: KWin (kwin_x11), signal: Segmentation fault Using host libthread_db library "/lib64/libthread_db.so.1". #35 0x000000000040085e in _start () Hi Thomas, The backtrace sent was generated while "kcmshell5 kwindecoration" was Plastik, i just change to "breeze", i'll monitor from now. Plastik is more or less an aurorae theme, so that's in pattern :-P Breeze is presently really the *only* reliable decoration :-( All others suffer from QML. |
