Previously, when we copy or move file, there is a windows with transfer speed and othe details, like this:

For some time it is missing. I've tried all you can find on the Web but nothing works. I have a forum and ask users with rolling release distros and Plasma 5 to check. They have same problem too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy or move file
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
There isn't transfer popup but only notification in systray.

Expected Results:  
Transfer popup like this:

Thank you very much!!! It works now :)
But there is a glitch or something like missing decoration on the window:

I have tried with different decorations, icons and themes, the defaults too, but the glitch is always there. Do I have to open another bug for this? Thank you once again :))

Please report this separately for frameworks-kio (and do not call it decoration :)
