if i click on "tool options" docker no options i can see .for eg  smooting,assitant and ther options are not visible and not working

Expected Results:  
you please check and fix the bug

without this feature paintings will be incomplete

I am sorry, but I cannot reproduce this issue. Can you try to reset your configuration and check whether that helps? If it doesn, please attach the old kritarc settings file to this bug report.

This was fixed after the 3.0 release and the next version should contain the fix. Until then you can get the options back by switching to another tool and after that it should work as expected.

The fix is in the next release. In the meantime, it does not matter which tool you select, just switch to e.g. the line tool and then back to the brush tool.
