I can confirm this trouble on my computer too (Debian testing, plasma-workspace 4:5.6.5.1-1). Same problem on krunner, nothing found when typing and not even possible to type a command and press <enter> (nothing append). After some more web search, seems upgrading libkf5plasma5 to sid (from 5.22.0-1 to 5.23.0-1), no more trouble. See https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=829614#55 Thank you aeris, good to know the fix is already coming up on the Debian cycle! It's not a big issue but since it's the sort of thing I use everyday it can get pretty annoying. I'll keep on Debian testing and will close this only when the feature is working here once again (unless a maintainer here decides otherwise of course). Fixed after updating Debian packages recently. |
