Whenever I start KDE all my widgets get moved to the center monitor (I have a three monitor setup with the left monitor set as primary). I then have to rearrange them only for this to be lost after the next reboot.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move a widget to the left or right monitor
2. Reboot

Actual Results:  
All widgets are now on the center monitor

Expected Results:  
The widgets should still be where I placed them

The issue doesn't exist anymore with plasma 5.7.1
