After I login to KDE, kwallet asks for password. I type it and kwallet takes it.
When I then open an app that uses it
OR
When I logout and login
it asks for password, the same password (and the only one) doesn't work, kwallet says it is not correct (actually it is).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.login to KDE, kwallet asks for password. I type it and kwallet takes it.
2. open an app that uses it
OR
logout and login
3. try to fill password when kwallet asks

Actual Results:  
it asks for password, the same password (and the only one) doesn't work, kwallet says it is not correct (actually it is).

Expected Results:  
To handle passwords correctly :)

This bug is present on my KDE Neon 5.9 system. Details are exactly as described by Tom Kijas, below.

KDE Plasma version: 5.9.3
KDE Frameworks version: 5.31.0
QT version: 5.7.1
Kernel version: 4.4.0-64-generic
