Kaffeine was just installed on Ubuntu 16.04. I did reboot to attempt repair.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Either double-click .voc audio file, or
2.Open file from Kaffeine.
3.Same message appears.

Actual Results:  
When opening .voc audio file error message reads, "Can not find demux plugin for MRL."

Expected Results:  
Sound.

Apparently something wasn't installed.

Version 1.2.x are too old and are known to have troubles with some file types. Also, we're not maintaining it upstream anymore. Yet, this was fixed on latter versions. So, you should try Kaffeine version 2.0.4
