Description Gregor Mi 2016-07-09 10:21:27 UTC
I like the new feature of assigning a Playback Stream to another output device via drag and drop.

If I had not seen the latest Plasma promo video I doubt that I would have noticed this feature.

Suggestion: A hint text could be placed below the list of playback streams. Something like "Start dragging the icon of a Playback Stream to assign it to another Output device".

Is this feature still a thing? I've been trying to drag everything I can and I can't manage to trigger this functionality.

- Let some audio play, e.g. with Quot Libet music player.
- Open Audio Volume applet and select the "Applications" tab
- Hover the mouse over the Quot Libet Application ICON on the left
- Start dragging and drop it on a device in the "Devices" tab

You need multiple playback devices.
