Sentry Crash Report:

Description KDE Neon user 2016-07-08 06:27:50 UTC
The dialog for adding or removing toolbar items doesn't show the option to change their names anymore on Krita 3.0. That option works on Krita 2.9.7.

Tested with the portable versions on KDE Neon 5.7 and Windows 8.1.

That option is used even by the famous Krita users like http://www.davidrevoy.com/article261/line-art-tips-with-krita (see the section "Stabilizer in toolbar") to rename toolbar icons for them to occupy less screen space.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Configure Toolbars dialog
2. Add a new item

Actual Results:
There's no button to rename it.

Expected Results:
The option to change entry names should be there, since users rely on them.
