please make update applet option to notify about patches and or critical patches only or let choose by repo

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. update arrives

Actual Results:  
UPDATES and PATCHES are reported likewise .. annoying and make rookies nervous specially when running nvidia/amd

Expected Results:  
option to notify only on patches or critical or major updates

only way to avoid overnotify is actually to disable whole repos which makes me sad ;-(

I'm afraid this widget is unmaintained and has not been ported to Qt 6, meaning it's no longer released; closing all of its bug reports.
