Once files have been copied is not possible to paste them in an other directory as links.
If you remain in the same tab, you can drag them to their new location and you are asked if you want to paste them or link them. But if you are working on different tabs or windows, this is not possible.

My request is to have a keyboard shortcut to paste the copied file as links (ex Ctrol+Shift+V) to complete the paste (Ctrol+V) action.
Additionnaly this can be added in the contextual menu.

Actual Results:  
After Ctrol+C, the only option is to Paste the file (Ctrol+V)

Expected Results:  
Possibility to paste or paste as link (or cut)

I confirm there is still no way to copy and then right click -> paste as link from one tab/window to another. There is only "Paste x file(s)"
 It *is* currently possible to drag a file from one window to another and choose to "Link here"

That said, I can see the utility of also having the ability to
- Right click - paste / create link
- Have a keyboard shortcut to paste a link rather than the file itself
