i think it may be a nice idea, to auto scale the icons and fonts in sidebars, especially in the places sidebar. the nub of matter is, that this make it more comfortable, to use dolphin in maximized and in smaller windows mode.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Dolphin
2. Make the Window small and set the Icon Size down
3. Maximize the Window

Actual Results:  
Iconsize is very small

Expected Results:  
Iconsize fits the panel
