In 16.04.2 trying to change the color of a text or shape the picker doesn't pop up. Could this be a Gnome/non-KDE issue?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add title clip
2. Add text or shape
3. Try to change color (plain or gradient)


Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
A color picker to choose the color should pop up.
