No problem with IceWM desktop, problems only with KDE Plasma Workspace and Plasma 5 (my normal desktop) Booting and logging in without additional monitor, i. e. only notebook monitor, is okay. /var/log/boot.log shows one error: [FAILED] Failed to start NTP Server Daemon. No difference after removing repository AMD/ATI Graphics Drivers. With IceWM desktop it is possible to set graphics resolution to 1920x1200 and 1400x1050 and commit but after shutting down and restarting the system with IceWM desktop a low resolution appears again. Could you please explain what you mean with "synchronization"? Thank you for reporting this bug in KDE software.
