Sometimes when for whatever reason imap fails, i get "Offline. Account is currently offline, click here to to go online". This does nothing but showing me default welcome screen.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start kmail
2. select imap service/account
3.

Actual Results:  
shows "Offline. Account is currently offline, click here to to go online" but doesn't.

Expected Results:  
Go online or show appropriate error message.

So the idea here is that instead of showing a message to go online, KMail should attempt to get online automatically?
If so, this makes sense to me. As far as I know there's no way to set specific accounts online or offline; it's either all or none of them. Seeing that this is the case and the user is working online, I think it's expected that accounts always stay online and attempt to reconnect when they go offline.
