The transition dialog is a little bit picky ;-)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a video with two tracks and clips using a dissolve transition
2. Double click on the transition
3. The duration dialog opens
4. Enter "7" as the value for seconds

Actual Results:  
The duration doesn't change. You have to use "07" as the value instead.

Expected Results:  
Duration should be changed even when no leading zeros are provided by the user.
