In the project bin, when I open the context menu of a title clip, the entry "Edit clip" is disabled. Same applies to the menu bar.

However, I can simply double click on the clip to start editing.

This has been recently fixed in the current beta 16.07.90 and should reach you at least as 16.08.0.
