When Dolphin is set to open archives as folders and you click to open an archived file then click on a text file within an archive then kwrite/kate opens as a blank new file.





Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Dolphin to open archive as folders
2. Click on an archived file ie tar.gz/zip
3. Click on a text file within the archive
4. Kate/Kwrite opens blank new file



Work around  to use pluma/scite/leafpad or another text editor.

I can confirm this behaviour

Works for me with Kate. Moving to Kate component for further investigations.

Tried with Dolphin + Kate and KWrite from 18.04 release, works.
