Screenshot of System Settings showing 32 bit icons are 'correct'
This problem is seen in Dolphin 15.12.3 installed by (k)ubuntu 16.04.1 (LTS), using the Breeze Dark theme. I am currently running it from gnome 3 (due to unrelated performance issues on KDE), and therefore the display is being handled by GTK instead. I did check dolphin from a regular KDE session with kwin and got the same (incorrect) icons. The symptom of the bug sounds very similar to the those of KDE #350913, which was fixed almost a year ago. I haven't checked directly on the filesystem for the 32 bit icons - I don't know where exactly to look. The incorrect icons extend beyond folders. Filetype icons are also fairly difficult to read when the small (22px and smaller) icons are used to display them. Problem is fixed in 16.04.2 |
