Opening the fullscreen launcher (as well as the alternative plasmoid selection dialogue) shows a launcher item for a split second before vanishing again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look at our task manager/icons only task manager
2. Open the fullscreen launcher
3. See an item appear and vanish in the launcher within a split second


Expected Results:  
Not show any new item in the task manager when the launcher is opened

Observed in VirtualBox 5.0.20

Should be fixed by newer Qt.
