Hi Fuchs, thanks for the bug report, cause I don't use kmail it's always good to get feedback. In this bug I think it's not a bug, cause when you select an item (blue selection) the icon color change to the color of the text (white). This is new (and awesome). This is > new (and awesome). Please re-read the bug report and attachment description. It is a bug, the icon that is lacking is on the _right_ side, in the list of e-mails. No worries, thanks for having a look and fixing :) I think it's a kmail bug debatable, given it wasn't kmail I updated when the bug occurred and it working in older versions. I recommend at least for now fixing it where it broke. I use kde neon dev unstable and there I cant see the text. I saw some white icons but it didn't look like in your screen shot and in addition I can't remember that I had removed one of those icons in the past. So I can't reproduce to bug. please stay also in contact with the kmail team, maybe they can say me which icon was used there. I have an older kubuntu at paw, I'll give you another screenshot of how it used to look when it worked. Created attachment 99681 [details]

I can tell which icon it is: It's 16x16/status/mail-sent in Oxygen, which indeed does not exist in Breeze. It has nothing to do with the icon coloring, it really is a missing icon which is used to indicate sent mails (although not always that one is used, not sure why that is, but that's unrelated to this bug) Git commit 0da410b517e21407afd839e5e59f956c24f6ac01 by andreas kainz.
