impossible apply any change because OK button is disabled.
Tested with neon-devedition-gitstable-20160617-1237-amd64.iso

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
create a wi-fi connection, in security tab select any option but none
try edit the wi-fi connection just created to change any setting
it`s impossible apply any change because OK button is disabled
OK button is enabled only if user write some characters in password field in security tab

That's correct, you cannot save a connection with an empty password which is required. If you don't want to save your password then you have to click on the small icon on the right side of the password field and choose that the password is not required.
