My printer is located in another room (see also https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362143) and therefore it would be a nice feature to see the number of jobs still in the queue at one glance.

Suggestion: Show the number of queued jobs (currently available in the tooltip) as an overlay over the printer icon.
