The fish KIO-slave doesn't seem to be able to enter directories with non-ascii characters in them.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to a computer with fish in Dolphin.
2. Try to enter a non-ASCII characters in the name.

Actual Results:  
It fails to enter the directory.

Expected Results:  
It successfully enters the directory

According to bug 357870 this will be fixed with KDE Applications release 16.04.2 to be released next week.
