kdeconnect 0.8b

android 4.2.2
kdeconnect 1.0

i assigned a name to the smartphone

with previous version android kdeconnect 0.9g
the name used by kdeconnect is the one i assigned to the smartphone. this is good.

with 1.0 version the name used by kdeconnect is "Samsung S2 Plus". Bad.

Make sure we keep track of changes when the device link changes

Especially useful because it contains the announce name.
