When trying to report a bug, the first thing shown after selecting a product is a list of already-reported top 100 bugs. This list only shows about 5 bugs, though (no matter which product was selected) and they're all formatted as stricken through (which probably means that they have been closed).

This UI no longer seems to exist, so I guess it's fixed now. :)
