It would be nice if there was a username field in the SDDM greeter, in addition to the list of user "faces". If the list is very long (e.g. a shared computer at a company), it is very inconvenient to scroll through dozens or even hundreds of icons until one finds the desired user.

The upcoming Plasma 5.7 release will have an all-new login screen design which also features a username input field.
