Tried the Export to Smugmug menu and got error upon logging in. 
error: SmugMug Call Failed: https://api.smugmug.com

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Export to Smugmug menu
2. Enter account credentials
3. It tries to login, but after a few seconds get this error: SmugMug Call Failed: https://api.smugmug.com

Actual Results:  
error: SmugMug Call Failed: https://api.smugmug.com

Expected Results:  
be able use SmugMug with Digikam

With last 5.0.0-beta 7, we have dropped KIO use in digiKam and now signing with
all remote web service work fine.

With last 5.0.0-beta 7, I can no longer test smugmug since my account expired.  But I can confirm that dropbox works. Consider fixed.
