Summary pretty much says it all, on kde.identity users are far, far, far more likely to forget their username than their password since you have a completely broken username registration system as well (e.g. you do not allow the users to pick their own username, you automatically generate their usernames)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Forget your username
2. Try to log in to kde.org
3. Cry

Actual Results:
Lots of crying

Expected Results:
Successful account recovery

This is a known issue, and can only be resolved when we rebuild Identity. I've no time frame for that as this time i'm afraid.

Thank you for reporting this bug in KDE software. As it has been a while since this issue was reported, can we please ask you to see if you can reproduce the issue with a recent software version?

If you can reproduce the issue, please change the status to "CONFIRMED" when replying. Thank you!
