It is better to search by Similar Face and Confirming by Tagging.

This kind of function is better to add after Face Detection.
here are the steps:

1. detect the face
2. pick single face then find by selected face.
3. set tag for selected faces.

I think it would be doing automatically as it is in Picasa.
