Description Mykola Krachkovsky 2016-05-30 09:19:00 UTC
Plasma 5 dialogs are in RTL mode. Buttons OK, Apply, Cancel are at left side, checkboxes at right, icons in krunner at right and text is right aligned. Close button of notification window is at left.
But I don't use RTL and usual Qt&KDE applications don't use it (About KDE window, Konsole settings, etc are fine).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Don't use RTL.
2. Open any Plasma 5 window (e.g. Desktop settings, plasmoid settings, `kcmshell5 kcmkwineffects`)

Actual Results:
Dialogs has RTL layout.

Expected Results:
Plasma 5 RTL setting should be same as other Qt&KDE apps have.

I'm not sure is this bug related to plasmashell or frameworks-plasma.

Qt: 5.6.1.
KF&Plasma from git (openSUSE KDE:Unstable:Frameworks repository).

Ok, after last update it looks solved. Thanks.
Comment 2 Bhushan Shah 2016-05-31 08:39:12 UTC
It was broken due to 3b9d7ee10e2ae6565f0767219303d9a11d80f489 in qtdeclarative.git

See : https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-53700
Comment 3 Luca Beltrame 2016-05-31 08:40:38 UTC
openSUSE just reverted the bad revision, so the issue is still there in Qt, BTW.
