If you're in full screen mode and you try to access the drop-down menu. You can still interact with them, but they won't be visible. This appears to be an OpenGL mode only problem from how I tested.


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure OpenGL is active.
2. New/Load document
3. Go full screen
4. Click any option in the menu bar at the top of the program.

Actual Results:  
No drop down menu visible. Can still interact with drop-down menu.

Expected Results:  
Show the drop-down menu.

This is a bug in Qt, we "solved" it by removing the fullscreen option on windows :-(
