Settings > Manage Resources > Import Workspaces filters for .kts files instead of .kws files.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Krita
2. Go to Settings
3. Go to Manage Resources
4. Click Import Workspaces
5. See .kts filter in the file picker

Actual Results:  
I see no files because the workspace files are saved as .kws

Expected Results:  
Show the workspace files

I can reproduce on Ubuntu 16.04. Confirmed: the Resource manager button 'Import Workspaces' can't work right now with the wrong filter.
