I want to be able to do flip and flop presets in GPU

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add a clip to a project
2. add GPU mirror effect,
3.

Actual Results:  
 There is nothing to configure. The flip preset is applied

Expected Results:  
There is a preset choice to choose from: horizontal, vertical, diagonal, X diagonal, flip, flop

Sorry but Movit filter is only X flip.
We can't expose parameters that don't exist :(
