Now ICQ request password len between 8 and 16 characters.
Bat Kopete do not connect if password len > 8 chars.

Reproducible: Always

It is probably duplicate of bug #351420. Please verify it. In that bug is also proposed  fix which needs to be tested first before including it into kopete git repository. If you can please do that. Thanks!
