I am not able to install digikam because of unmet dependencies. I am doing this on Kubuntu with Neon repository in sources.list, however I laso tried to do the same on Neon Live CD and end up with the same problem (unmet dependencies of digikam).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add 'deb http://archive.neon.kde.org/user xenial main' to /etc/apt/sources.list
2. sudo apt update
3. sudo apt install digikam

Actual Results:  
Czytanie list pakietów... Gotowe
Budowanie drzewa zależności       
Odczyt informacji o stanie... Gotowe
Nie udało się zainstalować niektórych pakietów. Może to oznaczać,
że zażądano niemożliwej sytuacji lub użyto dystrybucji niestabilnej,
w której niektóre pakiety nie zostały jeszcze utworzone lub przeniesione
z katalogu Incoming ("Przychodzące").
Następujące informacje mogą pomóc rozwiązać sytuację:

 digikam : Wymaga: libkipi11 (>= 4:4.9.80) ale nie zostanie zainstalowany
           Poleca: kipi-plugins ale nie zostanie zainstalowany
E: Nie udało się naprawić problemów, zatrzymano uszkodzone pakiety.


Expected Results:  
digikam should be installed

There is a workaround:
deactivate the KDE neon repository,
refresh the packet sources (apt-get update),
install digiKam,
activate the KDE neon repository again,
refresh the packet sources (apt-get update),
done.
