Hi, 
This bug affect editing the brush preset thumbnails.

How to reproduce:
===============
1. Open a *.kpp paintoppreset from ~/.local/share/krita/paintoppresets
2. Edit the thumbnail
3. Save ( Ctrl+S)

Result:
======
Krita 3.0(git~master of today) can't save over a *.kpp : Krita3.0 will prompt user with a 'save-as' dialog and propose the filename with kra suffix attached.  ( eg. filenamekra )

Note:
=====
Krita 2.9 can save a *.kpp and just show the PNG compression dialog after a Ctrl+S.

Note: you need to _remove_ the plugins/impex/png directory before
rebuilding! CMake doesn't notice changes to json files.
