While doing a review of neon Andreas Kainz noted that maybe the default emoticons should lose 'kde4' and 'Glass' to reduce the number of default emoticons.

I kind of agree with this in particular since the appearance of those two emoticons doesn't go all to well with the default appearance of KDE software anyway.

Perhaps split them out into a kde-applications repo kemoticons5-themes? (or just do away with them entirely?)
