I got this warning when using krita de0d43d:
Object: D:\users\Jonatan\tools\krita3-prealpha3-de0d43d\bin\zlib.dll
Backdoor.Win64.Winnti.mb

The virus scanner removed the zlib dll, so I can't do any integrity checks on that. 
When virus-scanning a newly downloaded zip of that build, kaspersky does not find anything. 

So even though this is a critical bug, I'm afraid I can't give enough information to actually find out what is going on, and I merely file this bug for future reference.

It's a false positivie. There isn't a virus in there, the only thing
that's broken is the virus scanner.
